• Standard Non-Perishable Orders: Orders are prepared and handed off to the carrier within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST (Monday through Friday) are generally processed the same business day. Orders received after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends, are handled on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Temperature-sensitive and perishable products are packaged using dedicated cold-chain insulation and shipped Monday through Thursday only, so they are not held in transit over the weekend.

If your tracking information does not update, or you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact our support team with your order number.

Order Modifications & Address Changes

To keep dispatch times fast, order processing begins shortly after your order is placed.

• If you need to update your shipping address or change your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it at support@satinnook.cfd.
• We will make every effort to honor change requests, but once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the shipping address can no longer be modified.

Damaged, Lost, or Compromised Shipments

• Perishable Items: If a perishable item arrives compromised, spoiled, or damaged due to shipping delays, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will issue an immediate full refund or send a free replacement.
• Lost or Damaged Packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, or if items arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
